PERSONAL TRAINING RATES

4 Sessions - $230 (Minimum 1 session per week)

8 Sessions - $440 (Minimum 2 sessions per week)

12 Sessions - $635 (Minimum 2 sessions per week)

16 Sessions - $832 (Minimum 2 sessions per week)

20 Sessions - $1,000 (Minimum 3 sessions per week)

24 Sessions - $1,152 (Minimum 3 sessions per week)

36 Sessions - $1,620 (Minimum 3 sessions per week)

  • CONSULTATION

    Client will be given a 30 minute Goal assessment consultation. Price of consultation will be $25 if client decides not to purchase a personal training package. If personal training package is purchased, the $25 will be applied to the price of personal training package. Initial consultation includes goal assessment, background and experience assessment and scheduling sign up.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Client must give at least 12 hours of notice in the event of a cancellation. Client gets one warning. If client fails to show up or cancel session in a timely matter, client will be charged 15 dollars. on the third offense, client will forfeit a session.

    If a client cancels within a 2 hour window, client will forfeit the session. (policy enforcement and alteration can be manipulated by each trainer)

    ROLLOVER POLICY

    “Rollovers” are defined as a scheduled session in a given month that can be pushed back to a later date.

    -Client is allowed 1 Rollover for a 4 and 8 session package purchased. -Client is allowed 2 Rollovers for a 12 and 16 session package purchased. -Client is allowed 3 Rollovers for a 20 and 26 session package purchased. -Client is allowed 4 Rollovers for a 36 session package purchased.

    MEMBERSHIP STIPULATIONS

    All clients must purchase a membership and sign waivers. If a client purchases at least 8 personal training sessions, they are given a “personal training add-on” membership priced at 30 dollars a month.es here

Jojo Marquez is a twenty year mountain resident and former competitive fighter under Joe Stevenson’s Cobra Kai and Master Toddy’s Muay Thai. He provides a setting where athletes can grow and improve year round. With seven years of personal training experience, he puts his clients first and makes sure they attain their own individual goals.

Kari Cummins is a mountain local of 40+ years. She’s a mom to 5 athletes with their sports ranging from ballet, football, soccer, track and basketball. As a high school athlete herself, Kari has always had a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. She also has a huge heart for helping and supporting others and cheering them on towards their goals. In combining those passions, she obtained her personal trainer certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She specializes in strength training, youth fitness training, nutrition, flexibility and mobility.  Kari teaches a women’s strength training class as well as youth speed, agility, and strength training classes. She has worked with clients of all ages, ranging from age 5 up to 75. She enjoys helping children find the joy in exercise, movement, and routine, as well as helping her senior clients restore muscle, coordination, and balance. One of her biggest passions is working with women to help them build strength, confidence, and muscle. Whatever your fitness goals are, Kari will help tailor a program specific to you and your needs while giving you the tools you need to gain more self reliance and self confidence in or outside of the gym.

Hannah is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Her love for fitness started almost ten year ago, following workouts online at a home. Her love for fitness grew when she stepped foot in to a gym and started lifting. Combining her love for movement and helping others, she chose a career in personal training. She has experience training remotely and in person. As a current athlete and fitness professional, she loves pushing clients to be their best and exceed expectations.
